Who We Are
We are a free health center on the North side of Syracuse providing free medical services to people without insurance or for those with limited financial resources.
What We Do
We provide:
* Help people access medications through for pharmacy
prescription assistance programs.
* Help people get connected to community resources.
* Physical exams for children, vocational and college programs.
* Chronic condition management and education for COPD, high
blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
