Starting a new non-profit in Oswego County for the recovery community. RCO is Recovery Community Organization and very needed to help with long term sustainable recovery from alcohol or other drugs. Recovery services include harm reduction and all pathways to recovery. Education and awareness are part of the mission. Check out FOR-NY for more information on an RCO.
