The Erie Canal Museum in downtown Syracuse, New York, seeks volunteers to Assist museum staff in special projects related to the creation of new exhibitions and educational materials. This is one of many ways in which an individual can help the Erie Canal Museum showcase the lasting impact of the Erie Canal, the history of New York State, and the history and significance of the 1850 National Register Weighlock Building, the Museum's most important artifact.
