The order taker calls registered users of the Madison County Office for the Aging's Grocery Shopping Program and enters their orders into the agency's Instacart and other online shopping services. The order taker also follows up after delivery of the groceries to make sure there were no problems. The order taker maintains communication with the Grocery Shopping Program coordinator.
Training will be provided before order takers can serve.
Must be a Madison County resident (or close), 55 or older, have internet-able devices, and have reliable internet connection. Must agree to a simple background screening.
