When you arrive, you will report to a designated "Captain", who will give you the run-down for check-in and an alphabetical and/or shift/time-based excel sheet. Please make sure everyone is signing a waiver upon entry and remind them to find their Captain as they enter the gym. Captains will have an identifier or can be pointed out by a United Way staff member.
As volunteers complete their shift, they may want a "community service hours" sign-off sheet, the designated Captain, will need to sign this document.
