Who We Are
We are a ReUse startup in Cortland. You probably already know the people who volunteer at the "store" or serve on the board. It's a group of neighbors who believe that a ReUse center will be a permanent asset to our community.
We aspire to do more than sell useful things, create jobs, and extend the life of the landfill. Reuse is a great opportunity for creativity and education programs. Reuse encourages responsibility, respect for community and environment, and invites civic pride and participation.
What We Do
Mission: Strengthen the economy, community, and environment through reuse and sustainable materials management
Plain English: Selling cool and useful things, fixing instead of throwing away, creating jobs, doing arts and education programs, extending the life of the landfill, building local economy, and generally have a nice time.
