LAUNCH, formerly known as the Learning Disabilities Association of Central New York, services the needs of children and adults with learn disabilities and ADHD, encouraging them to achieve their own personal brand of success for the past three decades. LAUNCH provides educational consulting, community habilitation and recreation groups are available to adults.
