Partners in Learning, Inc. (PIL) provides a variety of services to emergent bilingual children, adults, and families.
PIL supports children, adults, and families of diverse cultures and languages in their efforts to learn, earn, and live well in Syracuse and Onondaga County.
PIL offers education & employment services to:

What We Do
The Partners in Learning, Inc. (PIL) MANOS Dual Language Early Childhood & Intergenerational Learning Program provides culturally responsive learning environments in our centers and in homes for children ages birth through five and their parents / caregivers. MANOS teaching teams and families prepare children for success in school and in life.
PIL offers a variety of adult learning programs to assist emergent bilingual adults (17+) achieve their personal and professional goals. PIL supports each adult in their efforts to become productive workers, entrepreneurs, consumers, and engaged citizens.
