What better way to celebrate Earth Day than with the loving rescued animals of Skanda, out in the beauty of nature on the farm?
Join us at The Haven at Skanda farm animal sanctuary and education center on Monday, April 22nd for a wonderful day of volunteering and celebrating Earth Day.
Skanda is home to horses, goats, miniature donkeys, pigs, chickens, and ducks. We have gardens that need tender, animals that need to be cared for, and lots of special springtime clean-up projects.
Families, groups, teams, and individuals are welcome!
We have volunteer activities for every level of physical ability. No experience necessary! If you would to participate, we will find an activity that is a good fit for you.
