Great Strides is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest national fundraiser with over 300 walks across the United States. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Central New York chapter is looking for volunteers to support their Mohawk Valley Great Strides. This event is completely outdoors.
