Join us for the end of the rose season in the Mills Rose Garden in Thornden Park. Work Parties continue 3 mornings per week, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 8am-12noon. This is a great way to get outdoors, learn some basic gardening skills, and help with beautifying this historic treasure. No experience required. Small groups welcome, and community service hours, too.
Plan to spend at least 2 hours when you come.
Bring garden gloves, sun protection, and a water bottle. Tools and good company are provided.
Fall Schedule starts September 3, ends around November 1 depending on when the weather changes.
