Thank you for wanting to help out at the 1st Annual Community Housing Fair!
This is the starter shift so please arrive on or ahead of time to help us set-up. Here are the options:
- Registration/Bag Distribution: Volunteers will ask how many food tickets are needed per family and hand out food/snack tickets and gift bags to attendees
- Carnival Games: Volunteers will proctor kids games and hand out prizes. Create fun environment for kiddos!!
- Classroom Registration: Volunteers will direct people to classes they are registered for; help with sign up if attendees are not registered
- Food Distribution: Volunteers will help take tickets and hand out hot dogs and may relieve food prepares if desired/able, make sure condiment table is stocked and clean
- Water and Snack Distribution: Volunteers will take tickets and hand out snacks and beverages
- Floaters: Volunteers will assist folks who are tabling, presenting, DJ, relief them if they need a break, provide water, snacks, etc. Random assistance where needed.
- Child Safety/Playground Monitors: Volunteers will help keep an eye on kids playing in the park, make sure kiddos are safe and having fun
- SnoCone/Popcorn Distribution: Volunteers will hand out sno cones and popcorn to kids. Create a fun environment for kids.
- Face Painters: Volunteers will be experienced and come with necessary paint and tools. Compensation and/or provisions for this service can be discussed in advance!!
