Monday, April 22nd is Earth Day, and The Haven at Skanda farm animal sanctuary will be holding a massive volunteer day and celebration to clean up the farm, take care of Skanda's rescued and endangered animals, and show appreciation and respect for nature and the Earth.
If you would like to spend time outside on a beautiful farm with sweet animals making a difference, this is the perfect day to experience the joy of Skanda. Families, groups, teams, and individuals are welcome.
We have volunteer activities that range from gentle animal care to more physically engaging and challenging cleaning of animal living spaces and other clean-up projects. If you want to participate, we will find an activity that is a good fit for you.
